"Navigating Your Professional Path: Scholarship Development Strategies for Tenure and Promotion in Professional and Graduate Education"

On April 2, 2025, the Leaders in Education: Academy of Presidential Scholars (LEAPS) initiative will host it's annual symposium-- an opportunity to spotlight educational scholarship on campus and develop the next generation of educational scholars. The symposium will begin at 8:30AM at the SMC Campus Center. Please register and review our schedule of the day below (registration open through March 21st).

Educator Scholarship Awards Nomination

Would you like to nominate yourself or a colleague for one of LEAPS’ Educational Scholarship Awards? Information regarding awards will be provided during the LEAPS symposium on April 2, 2025 and nominations will be accepted following the event.

Seed Grant Proposal

This grant program is intended to provide the opportunity to experiment, test, or implement a teaching innovation that addresses an important instructional concern and improves teaching and student learning with the goal of increasing student success. These grants can provide the foundation for future scholarship in these areas.
